Gonna be a little different this year. I usually make the cornbread and my wife makes a loaf of challah for the stuffing but her mom has surgery tomorrow and she won't have time to make the bread. So I'll make cornbread but have to buy a loaf of bread to make the stuffing. Also going to swap out the usually Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage for some actual smoked sausage cut into smaller pieces.
@Brandon Van de Graaff I see a few spot you could put something on your plate!! Also is that cranberry between your ham?
One benefit of COVID related restrictions was/is not being inundated with "pumpkin this" and "pumpkin that."cranberry and pumpkin pie are both awful and unfit for human consumption and I'll die on that hill.
That I've never had. I can't say I've heard of it before today. A definite must do though...Hashbrown casserole

I've noticed a half of a dozen (more) recipes through a quick google search...looks like a fun dish to play around with. There's a lot of variations, like any casserole I guess. The one my wife does is somewhat similar to the one Cracker Barrel has on their menu.
