I'm assuming the Vol fella is being facetious, but if not? Ohio State and UM have massive alumni bases that give generously. Basically, similar to UA but much, much larger armies. Obviously, they get massive donations from mega doners and corporations too, but it starts with their base... which is deep, wide, and flush with cash.
