As reported yesterday order from a few sources is

1a. 1b.Barnett/Morris

Coker
Cornwell
Bateman

The scrimmages will tell the tale. This may truly test if Saban/Kiffin are willing to start the BEST player. MTF.

That is to this point who has performed the best, the scrimmages will separate the pack and then after the 15th an actual order will appear. The 22nd will either secure or destroy the order in place.

He has had some really good practices with actual pursuing defensive players, however, the scrimmages will be the key. He has to be consistent and he has to be careful with the ball.

I think it's hard to imagine 4 better looking young corners than Tony Brown, Marlon Humphrey, Minkah Fitzpatrick, and Kendall Sheffield from an athletic and physical size perspective.

I agree with you @TerryP! Don't throw a young QB out there that may make some mistakes and put this defense in a bind one too many times that they might not recover. Put the guy out there that protects the ball the best. I don't care if it is Coker, Cornwell, or Morris. If Blake Barnett shows the ability to protect the ball better and make wiser decisions, then I can live with it.

I don't care who the QB is as long as he is the best manager of the game. Can he read defenses, can he get the ball to the best option and can limit his mistakes. Who ever can do that should be the starter.

Well if the other guys are doing the same thing, what's the difference? If they weren't doing the same thing they would be the one starting. Obviously too early to tell, but if he's the better one of the bunch, he's the better one of the bunch.
