That is a pretty wild statistic. As mentioned, even crazier that the Top3 are SEC schools, all with recent Championships. Defense wins Championships, no matter what that statistic TerryP showed one day. I still believe it can cause more change than a stat can show, just like a killer block that doesn't hit the stat sheet.
