Objectively...comparing unit to unit, there's only two areas I see MSU being better than Bama.
One, at QB. BUT, that's only due to the number of yards Prescott has rushed for this season. I'd also give the Bulldogs the edge at running back, but that's largely due to TJ being hurt.
Here's the thing to consider. While Robinson has had a year that has garnered him a lot of attention, it's still started with Dak. If you look at the game where Robinson has gained over 100 yards, Dak has been getting @20 or more carries.
Here's one that will likely shock a few of you. I truly believe Bama comes in with the edge in special teams. I believe the number is three; as in three different place kickers MSU has used this season. They do a pretty good job punting though they are no where near Scott. Add to that they are near the bottom of the list, across the entire college football landscape, in punt returns.
FWIW, here in the Sportsbook, I'd have taken the -6.5 if the lines would have been posted Monday. As it ends up,
