I starting to feel that this wasn't him in the first place. I'm seeing pictures pop up of an older guy with the same name, and charges. So I think this was bullshit.

Like I said in the previous post, I think these charges weren't his.... there's a guy with the same name and charges booked. I'm gonna stop posting about this until something concrete comes out, hearing a lot of shit that hasn't been confirmed. Just wait and see what actually happened.

You right if someone else has the same name. I know this happened here about 30 years ago. The sheriff and the police went and arrested the man at work. It was all in the newspaper about it. Come to find out he wasn't the one. Did arrest the right guy, but it was just a family quarry. It was dropped. I have someone that live in the next county over and me and him has the same name. The only thing is his first name is Richard goes by Ricky, and mine is Rickey.
