Okay, I've missed this rule. Why did PSU have to take a two-point conversion snap after their game-winning play at :00 in the 4th quarter? The game was over, so why take the snap? And why not the XP instead?

I wish I could answer you, but last weekend Florida had that game winning TD, and didn't try any extra point try. Just like this game the clock was at 0:00? Maybe it a B1G thing?
