Coach Saban said if it wasn't important enough for him (Tenpenney) to be at the meeting on time, it wasn't important enough for him to spend time on him. "I told him to get his stuff and leave." He also replied that the only way players were going to get better was to practice better, hurt or not. It's worth a listen if you haven't heard it.
