i really think we could easily lose to Ark and Vandy. i mean, i'll take a one point victory over those teams in Saban's first season with the holes we have in our defense.

I think we beat Vandy and lose to Arky. Mcfadden and company will be tough to stop with our young and thin D. I think we should handle Vandy decently.

I really hope both of you are right. If I was betting the house I would say:

Western Carolina - W - (45-3)
Vanderbilt - W - (27-24)
Arkansas - L - (21-17)
Georgia - L - (24-14)
Florida State - L - (28- 21) * could go either way
Houston - W - (35-14)
Ole Miss - W - (24-21)
Tennessee - L - (24-17)
LSU - L - (35-21)
Mississippi State - W - (35-24)
Louisiana-Monroe - W - (52-10)
Auburn - W - (27-24) * could go either way

In the end I expect Bama to be 8-4 at best and 6-6 at worst most likely finishing the season 7-5. If you listen to Saban he is trying to tell the fans not to expect immediate success and to understand we are in a "process" of becoming a champion. I hope Bama wins them all but like I said if I was betting the house I would say 7-5.

I agree with the 7-5, 8-4 prediction but I can't see us loosing to Arkansas again.

Western Carolina - W - (427 - 0)
Vanderbilt - W - (427 - 0)
Arkansas - W - (427 - 0)
Georgia - W - (427 - 0)
Florida State - W - (427 - 0)
Houston - W - (427 - 0)
Ole Miss - W - (427 - 0)
Tennessee - W - (427 - 0)
LSU - W - (420 - 7)
Mississippi State - W - (427 - 0)
Louisiana-Monroe - W - (427 - 0)
Auburn - W - (423 - 3)

Florida – W – (413 – 14)

USC – W – (434 – 21)

I think it is a toss-up. That game could go either way.

SH!T, if that happened Saban would be gone next year with many teams offering him over $15 million per year.
