Matt, my son's school was almost in that very predicament today. We kicked off last night at 7pm and after a grand total of 2 offensive snaps, we went into a 2 1/2 hour weather delay. Final word from the "white hat" was "we will resume play. At 9:30 or come back at 1:30 Saturday." We restarted at 9:30 and finished at 11:45 last night. What a LONG DAY!!!

A few years ago we had a similar issue, rain delay of about 1.5 hours. Worst part about it we were down in Waco at Baylor's stadium, which is about 125 miles south of our house, think we got home about 2am. There were a few accidents that caused a bit of a delay, luckily there were service roads that allowed us to bypass the traffic (thanks to 4x4 vehicle).
Now we're 6A and playing Plano, Allen, McKinney. Propser won the 3A div 1 state championship in 2008. Gonna be interesting to see how well we hang this year with the bigger schools. Won the first game 48-14.
Auburn has missed some scoring opportunities, but they look solid on both sides of the ball right now. Stidham getting the ball out wuick and is on point.
