i see several of these games being tighter than in the last year or two....

ms state and auburn will be a good game. State has the advantage right now based solely on better team unity. auburn has some gross defects internally IMO.

I believe tamu has their hands full with kentucky, but my gut tells me kentucky will struggle against the pass and also the QB runs that Mond will do. tamu gets the slight edge.

LSU pounds florida.

for the first time in quite a while, I think Texas has a good shot at Oklahoma. This game is decided by less than 10 points. Oklahoma's QB possibly getting exposed. You read it here first.

WV quietly keeps winning and their schedule is favorable to win all the way to the last 2 games at Ok state and OK.

I think it's official, Petrino has not continued the momentum he had at Arkansas. These days it's getting downright iffy that he keeps his job. GaTech can be a grinder of a team to keep off the field but they made the YellowJackets look explosive. It just doesn't look like a healthy program that knows where they are going.

This week is the toughest week so far for my pool pick. With the teams I have left I am find my self needing to pick between lower single digit favorites to win.

A lot of them are good indicators as the year goes on. Some, not so much. IE: Bama is 1-5 ATS in conference games over the last six. Does last year tell anything? Not really.

Public has been heavy on Bama this week (65+%.)
