Ummmmm....it isnt far from the Oconee National Forest...Which i managed for awhile back awhile ago...pretty piney woods in area.... rivers around are cool....fishing is good...
.....good catfish houses to eat....bbq...boiled peanuts....
Hotter then a MF in summer...gnats and mosquitoes...cottonmouths...and plenty of rattlers.....
I'll take the Tennessee mountains...thank you...

It's near a military base that my grandfather worked at during WW2 when he was part of the Army Air Force, working on B-17s and B-29s.

Don't know much more about that area haha.
