Just thought it was cool that Saban was at our local high school today spending time with WR Recruit Mike Bowman. My sister in law is a senior there ans she sent us a phone pc of him walking down the hall.

Just thought it was cool.

Jumping to Georgia? Wasn't there some story where he and his family were turned away from the Georgia-OSU game last year because he was wearing OSU gear for his brother? Anywho, I don't seem too worried about it. He doesn't even have an offer listed on rivals from Georgia.

It's amusing to recall conversations on another board that Julio would be great before he graduated but wouldn't be extraordinary this year because of having to learn the system, etc.

Nah, he wasn't extraordinary at all, was he? :shock:

Julio was good for at least a couple of wins.

Actually I hate ever breaking it down to individuals, but I do wonder about LSU in OT without him. That throw wasn't the best, but he just stuck his arms out there like no big deal. I'm still surprised he didn't make it into the end zone on that one. That LSU defender had him for dear life by the shirt. That defender must have been Superman strong because to stop Julio on that one...wow.

That back shoulder pass was one of the best throws JP made this season. It couldn't have been better placed.

And Danielson adds "watch how well this ball is thrown". OK, when Terry and Danielson disagree with me I guess I might be wrong. Maybe I just don't understand the goal in placement, because it looked high to me. Doesn't matter though...it got us the win along with several others.
