Tech's offense doesn't have anybody else good.

Alabama is going to blow Virginia Tech away.

Because Tech has the worst offense we will face.

You lost to a team that got beaten by Vandy.

You were lucky to beat Boston College in the Conference Championship Game.

Let me tell you, I consider myself to be a pretty well read individual. Well read to the point there aren't many words I come across that I can't decipher what they mean based on words related to them—whether it's origin, how they are used in a sentence, etc.

But, amidoinitrite? A quick google indicated where the break down happened. It's WHAT I've been reading, not lack of reading.

But then again looking at the rest of the...I digress.

Welcome aboard.

o and by the way OP, williams is now the starter. good game.

So, if I understand you correctly, Williams has moved past Oglesby on the depth chart and is now the clear cut starter?

If that is the case it's almost welcomed news. With Williams stating he's not a runner that likes, or does, hit the hole but he's more of a "scat back" type of runner that really bodes very, very well for Alabama.

There were two running backs that had success on our defense last year: Michael Williams and Charles Scott. Neither of the two are kids that fit Williams style of running. Both hit the hole very, very hard.

Williams style fits more with Spiller, Davis, Moreno, etc. based on the film I've seen of him.

URDOINITRONG.

LOL Tyrod Taylor

As good as your backfield is? REALLY?!! Va Techs Oline is a bigger question mark than Bama's. 24-13 is not a beat down but it is a victory.

I really havent seen a "calling a pounding" (whatever that means).

dude its minor its an AC sprain so he will be back on Tuesday at practice full contact. yea man watch out for this kid, he special: 2x National Triple Jump Champion, 4.28 40 yard dash, can do 8 consecutive backflips, wore a suit and tie to school every day during high school, do work son.

Not really sure what this means in full pads on the football field. I seem to recall alot of track guys throughout the years that do not translate very well on the turf. Is 4.28 even human, and was Urban Meyer running that stopwatch? And gymnastics has no place on the gridiron! Alabama has a cheerleader that can backflip from one sideline to the other in the endzone to start the 4th quarter.

You know, I find this hilarious - A 4.28 40 time! I suppose it is possible, but for years my friends and I have laughed about the supposed times that Virginia Tech claims that their players run. Well, that and how they might be the most consistently overrated team in college football.

I recall a few years back that VT claimed 8 players on the roster that ran sub 4.4 40's, that same game that stat was mentioned (they were playing LSU) , one of those sub 4.4 40 guys had the ball with a clear route to the end zone, and a five yard lead, was caught from behind by an LSU DB. The friend I was watching the game with simply laughed and said, "well I guess that guys from LSU runs a sub 2 second 40 if he caught him that easily". It was really quite laughable.

Actually, I cringed when I saw this game on our schedule. I absolutely despise VT's football team and have for years. A loss to them would pretty much ruin my entire season, no matter how well we do, I would look at this game and know that a team that I like even less than The Barn, won the game. Also, in case you haven't noticed, for fans that support a program that really hasn't accomplished that much, they are quite an arrogant bunch. I have a lot of friends that went there and they are all quite despicable come Saturdays. I respect the school, but never their football program.

brah, Williams is Barry Sanders like in the fact that he will give u a few negative plays but then break one for 40+. I wouldnt be surprised if he did this a few times. And truly believe that you are underestimating us coming into the game. Believe me, you wont be able to move the ball against our defense and hey we get a couple turnovers, boom....its in the bag. And I will be the first one on this board to own up to my word if we lose. Good luck yall should be a helluva game.

"brah, Williams is Barry Sanders like" Do you even know who Barry Sanders is ? or watched the man run the ball??? If so, you would not even make that comparison.....And "brah" Last time I heard that was from a skinny white kid with a gold tooth, Mr. T starter kit, and a overwhelming desire to be something he wasnt.......

u mad brah?

and u will see on Sept. 5 what I am talking about. I will let the play do the talking.

I don't think he is mad, I believe he just realizes how foolish and asinine this comment was,
brah, Williams is Barry Sanders like

It's comments like the one above that make you have zero credibility. Not to mention you come on here boasting about Tyrod Taylor, like he is a Heisman candidate. At this point, I might honestly take Kodi Burns over Taylor. Ok that might be pushing it a little bit, maybe.
