I certainly hope he makes the first round. If so, I fully support him. But since, as others have said, since Al Davis is not drafting this year, speed may not be enough. Ruggs is currently rated, most consistently, 5th among WRs - obviously that can change once he blows away the 40. Mocks have him going anywhere from 22 to early 2nd round. Since he's declared I'll thank him for the great times, and hope for the best for him. Roll Tide!
