📝 A Bye Week Question to Chew on... Which Bama player will get drafted higher in their respective draft...

A few of the betting markets have Ty as the favorite this week to go #1. I can't think of the kids name; lefty out of LSU. I remember reading something, likely from BA, that projected him as the first pick.

Edit: Ha! Not Barry Allen, Baseball America.

Simpson. LeBron doesn't throw 98 or stacking up power stats to set him a part from the "upside" these scouts want. Not a shot at him, but more of a shot at scouts and how they project rather than truly evaluate.

It's close. Both has a chance to go top 3 in draft for football and baseball respectively. It depends how the season goes but it's safe to say both will be first round pick at least.

To answer the question..... I think it'll be Ty Simpson as #1 and Justin #2.

Likely Ty. NFL franchises are always looking for the next "face of the franchise QB". I love Lebron but I don't know if he is the next Derek Jeter. He'll still be a Top 15-20 pick, but like @BamaFan334 said, he doesn't throw 98 off the bump or run a 6.0 sixty or hit 45-50 bombs.

The MLB draft has 20 rounds and teams are allowed to draft high school seniors and up. Many of those drafted continue their non professional paths. Therefore I say Simpson would be drafted before LeBron in 2026.

Ty without a doubt. The NFL is a quarterback league. If Ty continues to play well. The Tide continues to roll. Ty goes top 5. Jets need a QB and they are 1-7. The Saints need a QB and they are 1-8. Raiders need a QB and they are 2-6. Justin may a generational talent at SS but just this graphic has him as the 5th best SS available in the draft.
