LSU, here are 5 reasons why.
#1 Relevance... The outcome directly impacts the SEC West title, SEC title, and LSU's efforts to repeat as NCs.
#2 History...The game was, is, and will be a rivalry, unlike the Clemson game.
#3 Clash of the (Coaching) Titans...Is Miles better than Saban? Les "$4,000,001" Miles proved himself last year among the coaches of the SEC, with one qualified exception...Nick "only making $4 Million" Saban, who as a first year coach can not be considered an apples-to-apples comparison. Given this unanswered question, LSU dominating Bama for years to come is not a foregone conclusion.
#4 Tabloid Drama...Will Saban and the media get along? Can LSU win with none of the carry-over from the Saban years? How will the #1 recruiting class look against the #1 team? Louisiana State Highway Patrol on the field...escorting the LSU's coach or chasing their QB?. Answers to these questions and more on this episode of "As the SEC turns".
#5 Springboard...Will November be the nightmare for Bama it has been in the recent past? If Bama beats LSU...look out Auburn...look out BCS...and hang on for next year.
No other road game comes close IMHO.
