Monroe LA......only good thing I remember about Monroe ,20-30 milesaway from Ruston and Tech.....PBR beer was 99 cents a6 pack...and Ruston...was DRY..easy trip

Never really spent much time in Monroe. I've driven through countless times going from Texas to Alabama. I can say it's a place I'd move to willingly.
