I have a few questions.
1. What contributions will Tana Patrick make next season?

2. Was anyone else impressed with Goode in the UTC game? Will he make any starting roles next year? On a side note, would anyone else think it would be awesome if Goode was the kicker (the kick is up.... and it is Gooooooode!)?Had to get that off my chest. Just thought that would be funny.

3. What is the team going to do about the kicking game? We are losing Tiffen and Fitzgerald. Do we have good replacements? We seem to be so good at these positions but we take them for granted. It seems that the reason that we dominate is that we are so good at the little things ( kicking, punting, long snapper, holding). You have to admit that being nearly flawless at these things has made a huge impact on the team playing in Pasedena.

4. Who will be the threat to be a game changer on the punt and kickoff return? It is always great to have this as part of the arsenal and I hope that Javy was not a fluke and we do not let this aspect fall by the waistside. Speaking of that, can Javy set the record even if he does it in a bowl game?

5. What do you guys see ahead in the 2010 season? Will it be more interesting then the 2009 season? Let's be honest, the 2009 season in all of college football has been predictable and lackluster (we had to keep ourselves going by talking about how bad the refs were this season!)

6. HAVE A GREAT NEW YEAR AND ROLL TIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:hyper:

Q's 1 and 3= That's where I see Tana making an impact next season—the special teams play. Hell, add players like Stinson, Smith, Atchison...it's going to be a solid group next year. I'm not worried about our kicking guys AT ALL. If you figure in that Cade is getting 75+% of his kicks result in touchbacks I'm not real concerned about where we end up next season.

I expect transfers. Goode very well may be one of those. That's just a guess on my part...

2010? I'm waiting on a few things before going there. One, coaching changes. Two, attrition to the NFL.

I'm not worried one bit. Look at the talent we are losing, it's a lot, BUT, the talent that is coming back is also great. I don't like to make predictions this early in the year...especially since THIS SEASON isn't even over yet....but umm, (cough cough)...I see the 2010 Tide football team possibly being even better than the 2009 edition ;)
