🏈 Question about the Saban leaving rumors (No, I'm not perpetuating--it is bogus.)

I have never understood why BAMA posters go to AUNation and post and vice versa but with that being said, Duder has been very careful not to step on toes here and he has a better knowledge of the game of college football than some of the regulars on the board. (Especially the one's that are so full of hate for the opponent they cannot construct a sensible post) If he is following the rules and posting non-inflammatory comments, what exactly is the problem? Just answer the question if you feel so inclined and move along. Paranoia is just so unbecoming of our fan base when there is no need for it.

Now this lsu joker that's been on the board, we all know what he is here to do so have at it!

I actually (generally) enjoy having discussions with rivals. I feel it keeps me grounded more so than the homers that abound on any message board. I like having actual discussions, not sunshine pumping fests. We have a few people over at AUF that are Bama fans/grads, etc. that are great. Then we have some like the LSU guy you have roaming here in the last week or so. THOSE are the fans that I do not understand. I realize that I'm "behind enemy lines" so to speak so I try not to stir the pot, I certainly don't start issues just for the sake of argument or whatever. The reception has generally been fine here. The mods have all been great so at least there's that!

Agreed. Duder knows far more about football than I could hope to. I really enjoy his being a part of the community here, his posts are always insightful and well thought out. With that said, I'm not against some Bama homerism and some friendly ribbing of our rivals from time to time.
