great site for finding tv schedules of College FB games...best one i've found so far.
http://www.lsufootball.net/tvschedule.htm you will notice that the ESPN-GP will have a link which will show the blackout map.
as far as channel, you can check channels 788-793 usually on Wed/Thurs to see what channel the game will be on, this week we are on 788. you can also look at d* site to get the schedule/channel if you like.
