Coach and his staff have their work cutout for them for 2019 and 2020 due to so many players leaving early (2020 could be the worst year ever for players leaving early). The very best will only be with you 3 years max thus the pressure on hitting the jackpot with quality recruits at those keys spots is on the staff. Trying to build depth at all spots is a struggle and it showed this year and the injury situation made it worse.

Some more details by my calculations using the 247Sports Composite 5*.

76% of Alabama's 5* have been drafted. 65% of the 5* go in the 1st/2nd rounds.

I would imagine these numbers increase a bit due to Tyler Love and Eddie Williams not declaring for the NFL Draft.

I think the key word in this tweet is "declared", which means underclassmen. I don't believe seniors have to declare, they are merely draft eligible.
