📡 Penn State announces no fans for this fall.

Penn State students will not be happy. Why not block the alumni and season ticket holders and let the students in with extensive social distancing? That way you can have cheerleaders and some of the band. With no fans in attendance, the need for cheerleaders and the band goes away.
