I'm going opposite. I think we will have our crap together and be flagged just a few times. I'm going with 5 total.
One offensive hold, two false starts, two defensive PI
That's 50 yards in flags and dowb about 20 yards from our average (72.2 yards a game)

Leaning this way myself. I've never been a blame the refs kind of guy, so if they aren't bent I think we play a relatively clean game.
The difference between Tennessee and Vanderbilt/South Carolina/South Florida is that Tennessee has had heightened expectations and media attention, like Georgia. So I expect a Georgia type mindset, not a Vanderbilt one.
I sure hope so!!!! RTR!!!!
Only problem is we have only had 2 quarters of play like that. Seems like the exception not the rule. It shows what they could be but they just have not shown the ability to sustain that level of play. Not saying they cannot find a way to win but it will be a struggle and could go south quickly.

I agree with that, but it shows the potential. It's more of what we expected over say what Vanderbilt did to us. They obviously didn't do that to Georgia State or a couple others, so they played out of their minds.
What about the other 3 quarters?

I think it's sad that we've reached to this point where we are guessing the false starts and etc. I wanted to remind everyone that False starts by the OL has reduced in recent games, so I would go with the following this:
Roughing the passer: 1 calls.
Defense PI: 3 calls.
False starts: 3 calls
Targeting: 1
Illegal formation: 3 calls
12 men on the field: 0
Offside: 0
Holding: 5 calls
I dont think it would be that bad tomorrow.

Yes! It was looking ugly with 2 in the first 2 possessions, but they calmed it down.

Well this didn't age well. We played exactly like we did the last two weeks. How stupid of me to think we would actually play well. I have zero confidence in this team the rest of the way.

I think we played decent defensively. Game would have been a blow out if our quarterback made any plans and our play calling in the red zone was worth a crap.

Next week we should do this again. Only penalty yardage. Over or under 90 yards
