In my view, when you have CA in the spotlight and those speaking up are in the form of a Pelosi, a Schiff, Newsome...it's akin to asking the leader of the Black Panthers to speak at Bob Jones University. It's not so much the message as it is the messenger.

You’re correct, I do live in a sanctuary city.

The other comment from the LAPD Chief and the LA County Sheriff was “we have it under control and don’t need the federal help”. But, that wasn’t good enough, ol Trump got his catheter all wound up and had to get in there and cause shit.

I don’t know the LA mayor or anything about her.

No, it’s not fair to those of us who support the immigrants want cheap labor, what we can say is we don’t think people working and just trying to live a good life should be kidnapped by the gestapo, oops sorry ICE. Bass (mayor) said it was only confined to a few streets (no mention those streets surrounding Fed buildings.) I have ZERO problems with legitimate protest. These aren't in some situations. And those need to be spotlighted, addressed. Or rather, removed.

I have never been to LA. I don't want to go there. But, I know enough about LA to know if you stop traffic on the 101 you're choking the city out. Those streets are in the midst of chaos.
