I think they charge the service fee per order, not per ticket.

Are you sure about the seat #s? According to the seating chart, Row 14 begins with seat #7. Row 22 is the only row with seats 1&2.

That's what the guy from Tide Pride told me over the phone. Will have to see if they are still available though.
