This was talked a little about on Jox a few weeks ago on the OD and RT. Technically I think bookmaking and online gambling is still illegal. i'm not entirely sure so you might want to look into it. I know one guy called in the show and started talking about it and they quickly advised him to not say anymore unless he wanted a knock on his door. I know tons of people do it but I still think its technically illegal in this state and much of the US. It's kind of a big gray area from what I can gather.

Pretty sure it is illegal but as long as you pay the IRS what you owe on what you make I bet they could care less

I suggest talking to your friends, and locating a local bookie. There are bookies every where .Most of the times local bars know folks that do it , if you know the bar folks they might help you.

I'm trying to avoid betting with actual people or a bookie, and don't want to ever get caught up with those people.

I know a lot of people do it online but the question becomes, is it as easy as just using your credit card to deposit?

I used to play online poker a few years ago a lot but stopped when I heard that was becoming illegal(but people still play) so I imagine sports betting online is the same.

I agree, I think we are some kind of gray area. If you can do it in vegas, why not on your computer???

Its the same as poker. They accept most credit cards but some credit card companies will deny it. Just find one that will accept it.

I always went the money order route on return. Always came within 3 days. There are several options to choose from in getting your money.

I dont use online account anymore because a "freind" gives me no juice. In return I send players his way.
