I saw Hardy being carried off the field. Hope he's okay.

Ole Miss does not look all that sharp. Maybe Memphis is better than advertised. Anyway maybe they wont look that sharp when we get to Oxford.

Hardy came back into the game towards the end of the second quarter. When he got hurt his leg was rolled up on.

Ole Miss looks off a bit. I hope they look this good when we visit Oxford.

The Ole Miss Oline looks really really soft. Jevan Snead doesnt look like a shadow of himself last year.

Their Dline is SEC caliber, but that secondary is soft too. Its allowing so many curls and other first down throws through the middle its stupid.

I wasn't terribly impressed with any aspect of Ole Missy's game. Their D-line got pushed around pretty good by a middle of the road C-USA team. I figure if Memphis can run on them, the SEC is going to make women of them.

All I know is if Jevan Snead plays like this against Bama we'll eat him alive. I love how the commentators were making excuses for him. "ooooh it was like this last year, slow start but one of the top QB's by the end of the year." How does that make him a great QB if he plays like crap in the first half of the season.

Sorry but after seeing this performance I'm not buying into the hype. I know its the first game and all but I didn't see anything that I hadn't seen before from Old Piss.

I thought Houston Nutt was classless when up by 24 with less than a min to go and Memphis were obviously not going to call any timeouts. Instead of kneeling they kept running the ball and even tried to pass but got sacked. Then evenually broke a run for a touchdown. Now don't get me wrong I wouldn't care if they score 60 on them in the context of the game. But in the last min come on Houston.
