12:50 p.m. - 12:50 p.m. Update: LSU coach Les Miles said Perrilloux and Odom will not practice Monday with the team, and that the team will prepare for this weekend's contest against Alabama assuming it will be without those two players. Miles said backup quarterbacks Andrew Hatch and Jarrett Lee would be in position to take snaps on Saturday should Perrilloux not be available to play. According to a police report, bouncers at the Varsity claimed they were forced to escort LSU football players Ryan Perrilloux and Derrick Odom outside the club after they refused to leave. Parish law says bars must close at 2 a.m. Bouncers also said several subjects made statements that they would leave and come back with guns. Perilloux and Odom told police they were unfairly treated by the bouncers, and that the bouncers shoved them and their pregnant girlfriends out of the club. No charges have been filed and no arrests have been made.

LSU backup quarterback Ryan Perrilloux was "beat up" during an altercation at a nightclub, his attorney said Sunday.

Attorney Nathan Fisher said Perrilloux called him about 2:45 a.m. Friday to ask him whether Perrilloux should press charges. Fisher said he advised Perrilloux not to do so.

"My understanding is he got beat up," Fisher told The Advocate of Baton Rouge. "I'm confident after listening to what he had to say that he's innocent of any wrongdoing."

It's sad. After Jena 6, I just don't know who is at fault, the bouncer or the players.
All I can tell you guys that if Perrilloux and Odom plays, we are going to be in trouble. These two guys are going to play angry. They are going to prove to the world that they were wronged.

I don't know? I just have this funny feeling that we are going to lose if Perrilloux plays. For example, I had the same feeling in the Oklahoma game, when White got hurt, and Hypel took over.
