| MBB/WBB đźŹ€ No. 9/9 Alabama Outlasts No. 14/13 Houston, 83-82, to Claim Second-Straight Top-15 Win

Well Bama won 83-82 but that were owned on the boards. Great to win one but they have to improve on the boards going forward.

Saying that these are two great teams and they played at a high level.

Shwew, we just couldn't pull away. Gritty win. JD played a heck of a last minute. That ball was coming down, outside of the cylinder, and would have missed the rim as half the ball was below the rim already. Good no call and a legit victory. Houston, can't believe they are #14. They are a good ball team that I can see in the Elite 8. Sasser was a threat every time he shot the ball it seemed. Can't believe we held on, but so glad we did. Roll Tide.

And Shack hit a couple of big shots there late. He’s becoming the player most thought he could be and proving that the decision to return and play for Oats and the Tide was a wise one.

One thing is for sure, when SEC play begins, nobody will be more tested than Bama.
