@mando I have a Heritage H-5, hollow body, in the original sunburst. I'd take a pic...but I don't know where my phone is. I'll find it sooner than later. Don't care.

I've been working on "Fall to Pieces" and I've about got this one down.

@Sgt. Lincoln Osiris this is one of those easy drum riffs...

@mando @Sgt. Lincoln Osiris since I've decided this is a music thread.

Disturbed. Down with the sickness.

The drums.

The bass....

Every bit of work I've put into this site is because of conversations like this one. You find out something, about someone, and you say, "damn."

I would have never guessed you for a music guy. I read Darren's posts for years watching his music thing until we started talking. He made
We may need to split this off into its own thread :).
Nope.

I'm about half way through my "work day" right now...just left a bar I went to just to bang on drums. Yes, it was 12 on a Sunday. Eric, who looks like a third world trucker, plays a Ernie Ball. We tried to do Evanescne tonight...last night. We didn't do to badly. I ran out of breath on the bass beat.

Yeah I grew up in a family where music was a big part of it. Every weekend somebody was over at the house playing music. Two core things for me growing up were sports and music. Got to old to keep doing sports for the most part but still very actively playing music. Still play/practice every day for the most part.

Love to listen and play all genres of music. Usually do not get into most of the popular music that 95% of people listen to.

Most of the music I listen to is instrumental improv music. Mainly acoustic.. Much older than the 60s in many cases... Think Gypsy Jazz if you are familiar with that. So bluegrass, swing, gypsy jazz, choro, Texas Swing, a little bit of classical and original music. In the original music category I am a huge fan of what is called Dawg music (google it).
