They were looking at TV market which doesn't exist any longer. Especially in that area.
They were looking at academics.
They were looking at Olympic sports.

I may be horribly wrong on this. I don't see an outcome that isn't a lot of sports programs being cut.

Pretty much thinking the same. Maybe UCLA saw TV money as a means to an end and agreed. Who knows.
