🏈 Need a little help. Don't have the right decoder ring. ~ Danny Kannell's "dream" 12 team playoffs: seedings and games.

So wait, this moron thinks everyone gets to host a game except Tuscaloosa? Geez this dude's bias is so blatant and disgusting. I can't wait for him to be caught in a scandal and fired in disgrace.
First round games would be played at the higher seed’s home field. Second round would likely be at bowl sites.

Under the proposed 12 team playoff, first round was on campus. Later rounds were at bowls. Since top 2 get a bye the first round they get no home game. In other words, punish teams for doing well.

I really wish they would get off the 12 team proposal....

Its too many ...even though some of games would be interesting....
I really like 8...with conference champions getting automatic bids if ranked in top 12....
3 wildcards....as selected by committee....

I know a bunch dont agree....some do....

And in this era of bama football....we are in almost always,...

But wont be sometimes in future...

But for now...4 is working

I think 6-10 is the right number. If you have automatic qualifiers at all then it has to be 8-10, without 6-8. I personally like 6 with 3-6 playing in round 1, then those winners taking on 1 and 2, but I think P5 AQ is going to happen with expansion. I would also remove and special treatment for Notre Dame. They do not get treated as a conference unto themselves. They get treated as any other independent. Join a conference if you want to play with the big boys.

Even in the NFL, where parity is much closer to real, it is rare anything below a 4 seed wins it all. I think 7 Wild Card teams have won it all since 1979 and 4 others made it. In college parity is so off that I find it doubtful any would ever even make it to the final game.
