OFFER HIM YESTERDAY!!!
Not much more to say about Fletcher that hasn't already been said. He is, by far, the best in the country with his snapping and his mindset. Handles pressure as well as anyone I have ever had and has the potential to be the best in the history of Rubio Long Snapping. Sky is the limit. ZERO wasted movement.
Fletcher was amazing and won the whole thing at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in FL on May 7, 2016. Just a flat out machine and could go down as one of the best HS Rubio Long Snappers in the history of Rubio Long Snapping. The more pressure you put on him, the better he gets. If I am going to be picky, I would like the ball moved out just a tad and NO issues with spirals at any point.
What more can be said about Fletch? The kid is ready right now. I am tempted to say I have never had a Long Snapper this polished at this age. Any school that doesn't offer him is just wrong. Plain and simple. You will not find a better 2017 Long Snapper in the country. He has it all...speed (zero wasted movement), accuracy (his misses, few and far between, are within inches), consistency (he is like a machine), he can block (steps are excellent) and he handles pressure better than anyone I have ever had. He is the epitome of a no brainer.
Kid is ready right now. I wouldn't hesitate to watch him play tonight for a college team. Handles pressure as well as anyone I have worked with. Ball is VERY, VERY fast due to ZERO wasted movement. Before you know it, the ball is ten yards back. Flawless form. Body is getting stronger by the day. Can't say it enough, he is ready RIGHT NOW!
Fletcher was dominant at the TOP 12 camp, FBU and the Rubio Long Snapping camp in TX. Handles pressure as well as anyone I have ever had and I would feel comfortable watching him play in a college game tonight.
Fletch did incredible all weekend at VEGAS XXV. He became the first sophomore to win the whole event. He was absolute nails under pressure and acted as if it was just a given that he would win the whole thing from the start....love that. Form is very good (could move his butt down just a tad) and he uses his whole body really well. Need to see him adjust his release point down a little as he continues to get stronger and gain more power. Athletically, I would like to see him lower himself when he is running forward and moving laterally. Very good with change of direction. Kid is flat out very good for his age and is almost ready for college now.
