Nice press conference. Some talking points:

He talked about Petty's new baby. I would have thought those type of things would fall under the privacy category so I was surprised.

Anyway sounds like these young guys are very talented but just raw at this point.

Interesting comments about getting Shackelford some time at point although that is not his main position.

Talked about looking at efficiency stats and not raw numbers for things like turnovers since his style of play creates more possessions.

Sounds like he also feels like the team will be able to handle the style of play better this year. Also expects much better depth.

Optimism for sure.
