Four games were pointed out yesterday; UT vs Pitt, UVA vs Illinois, Duke vs Northwestern, and Louisville vs Syracuse. Pitt, UVA, Duke, and Louisville all lost these match-ups last season and are all dogs in this year's games.

Ha Ha, wow. That's pretty dang impressive research by you, and appreciated. Boise State really has me unsure of what they bring to the table after getting stomped by Oregon State. Is Oregon State that good or is Boise State that bad? Boise State got a little shot in the arm last week after putting in the backup quarterback that looks WAY more mobile, so I get unsure of what to expect. Part of me doesn't want to touch it, but the other part of me (the side that usually wins out) wants to put a little on it.

ESPN had the over/under at 43.5. Our sports book had it at 45. But your son is looking like an oracle. 31-14. 6 minutes to go. Looks like a push at best on this one compared to our ‘book, but hit the over elsewhere. Really bucked some trends!

Ha ha, I saw that this morning. He's nine, but he has some talent when picking games. He picked Florida State to win by 3. I took LSU. If I bet his picks I'd have a pocket full of cash over the last three years, but I'm apparently dumb and not letting a kid decide my picks.

Pay no attention to the top two balances on the leading cash board. A member, I'm sure in an effort to help, didn't check where the winnings would be deposited (events weren't reassigned to The Bookie.) Hint: it went to me instead of The Bookie.

I'm not going through 20+ events to figure out what was wagered by whom and manually deduct from one to deposit for another. So, my listed winnings as of this morning will be transferred to The Bookie...you'll see it reflected as soon as the next cron job runs.

So, in a nutshell, I'm out of our little competition.
