Are Ivan Matchett and Jermaine Preyear still with the team?

I don't see either one on the roster.

I know Preyear was wanting to transfer and then I heard that he was dismissed from the team.

Im pretty sure Matchett injured himself and can't play football anymore. But i can't remember the whole story

i had such high hopes for Matchett

Ivan had a condition that could paralyze him if he were hit in the wrong spot. I believe it had something to do with his spine. He was given a medical redshirt, but he is still with the team as a coach's assistant. I had high hopes for him too, as I watched him play since elementary school. He is a very talented, hard working and humble kid, which fits right into our team's philosophy. It broke my heart when i found out about his condition. He wants to be and still is a part of the team, though. Either way, I am proud of him.
