He's seeing easier conference, talent, and a shot at a ring.

I heard that Cristobal wasn't a fan of the current Miami administration and wasn't considering the job to begin with.

I hope he stays, but I could see him taking the Memphis vacancy.

So hard for me to see him dealing with the type of players and alumni that school has. I know he played there, but let's face it, the dynamic has changed. I wish him the best as he'said one of the most liked and respected guys out therr.

I wish CMR well at Miami. As a backup at Miami to Jim Kelly, he will have the full support of the former players. He should also be able to lock up some of that south Florida talent going elsewhere.

One would think Butch Davis would have gotten it on the right track, but it went back to its roots after he left. I don't think you can fix a place like Miami simply because the program was built on that premise of getting the homegrown talent that unfortunately was brought up in poverty and simply has a culture tied to it that isn't what a lot of us have ever had to deal with , so what's to be expected other than that?

Sounds like it might be true, but no confirmation yet. Also no confirmation for Kirby Smart. I am not being naive, but I just need the facts man just the facts.

At Miami, there's nowhere to go but up. He'll still struggle getting students to the game, with the existing facilities (how long did it take for a commitment for an indoor practice facility at UGA?), and the thug alumni who want to be involved in all aspects of the program. He'll make them better, but not great.
