Richt being fired means the UGA Admin are going to be "talks" with his agent on his buyout. Richt's agent just happens to be Jimmy Sexton.

Kirby's name is linked to the job as you can see above. Kirby's agent just happens to be ...

If Kirby goes to USC, he could develop and come back to UA. If he goes to UGA, I don't think he'll be back.

While Miles and Richt's records are similar, Richt has done less with more. I do agree that it was time for Richt to pursue other opportunities, I don't feel the same about Miles at this point.

Why? Alabama can do so much better. Just because he coached at Alabama before, it doesn't mean we should bring him back.

Problem with Georgia is they look at Bama and want to be like us, unfortunately everyone can't be a Coach Saban. The Process starts at the top and hard to duplicate the top man.
Unrealistic Georgia is unhappy with 15 straight bowl appearances and 9 (might be 10) 10-win seasons. Lot of universities would be happy with those numbers. I have a feeling Richt will not be out of a job long.

Mark Richt finally truly lost control of his program.

Unfortunately Kirby and Cochran will both go to Georgia.

While this is somewhat true, the way you've phrased it will mislead.

As example, Kirby hasn't gone to his kids and said, "we're leaving." Kirby hasn't gone to Saban and said, "we're leaving."

Does he have intentions to move up the "coaching ladder?" Yes. That's certainly been discussed.
