Not to derail the thread too badly but "crunk" is about 5-7 years old. The new word is "turnt". The crowd in petite mort valley will be turnt up but hopefully Bama will have them turnt down by halftime

SHit... Turnt was used back in my generation... the 90's... but came more in vogue in the mid 2000's

Kids now have come back around to lit, as in "this party gonna be lit". Some variation of the same old slang always comes back.
