They barely beat old piss. We didn't but we pretty much gave them the game. I don't care if the game is in Baton Rouge, I think we should still be able to just mudhole them if we play the way we know we can.

They are a big threat, coming off a hot win. We will both have byes to prepare. They believe they can and will win, at home in a night game. I think we will see a similar game to 2012 .. close and with a last second finish!!!

We contain the run and LSwho plays into our hands. They have a QB completing right at 50% of his passes. Pressures from our front four with occasional blitzers, Bama pulls away in the fourth.
Offensively for us, get Amari involved early on play action or double moves. Then establish the inside run game. As stout as LSwho may have looked against Ole Piss, we all know the Rebel Black Bears lack a power run game. That has been what the Barn and Miss St won with.

Yeah but we haven't been exactly pounding on teams with the run game either and now with the best lineman on the team probably not playing thats gonna be a struggle. I'm def. concerned about this game. LSU is fired up and def. improving almost with every game, especially on defense. If we can shut down their run and get after the QB it will make things very hard on them and Blake can give Bama some running room with his feet and also maybe back off some of that run defense with the passing game. LSU is third in the country in pass defense so easier said than done.

We are averaging 218.6 on the ground. Our negative plays on the ground have come when we have tried to run outside. Inside zone and leads inside will be where we hurt LSwho. While LSwho is 3rd against the pass, look at where their opponents rank in passing offense.
Wisconsin #118
Sam Houston State FCS school
La Monroe #61
Miss St. #42
Barn #82
Florida #92
Kentucky #38
Ole Miss #36
Not necessarily Peyton Manning or Drew Brees they have faced.
Meanwhile, BAMA ranks #23 at 290ypg in the air.
We run for 150+ and Blake throws for 200+, ballgame boys! BAMA wins!!

Our d shuts them down in epic fashion. Their defense slows Alabama down but not enough.

We match up well against them. Their defense is good but not good enough.

Bama wins 20-6

LSU hasn't been as impressive this season as they have the past few. that said, they're not just going to lie down and let us walk out with a win. they'll fight hard to win. and i'm hoping we do the same.

our passing game is better. and our running game is better, but not at the same distance as is between the passing games. Fournette is a dang good running back and he can break some tackles. we just need to make sure to wrap him up and don't try any of that "throw an arm out there" stuff and hope he stumbles.

i believe we can win, but i think it will be close. and i'll take a close win versus a close loss any day of the week.

I see our team as Dr Jeckyl and Mr Hyde. For the first quarter of the Tennessee game, we were Dr Jeckyl. For the remaining three quarters, we were Mr Hyde. We have the talent and coaching to beat ANY team in the country convincingly. If we play like we are capable of playing, I see this game as a decisive win. If we continue to be inconsistent, God only knows what will happen. I continue to hope that Dr Jeckyl shows for this game, and remains there for the whole game. Bama wins 31-14.
