the AL.com article indicates JC for this year and then he would be able to go to Uga in Jan. Would have 3 to play 3. Don't believe he would sit out any? If he can bust into the Uga rotation at ILB he would probably be in better stead than trying to find time at Alabama and the loaded LB group.

If I'm not mistaken, Kirby was in charge of his recruitment and came here in part due to him. So that's why I would imagine Georgia is the destination. Plus he's from Central Gwinnett, like 45 minutes from Athens.

This is a bummer to me. Really thought he had a bright future and possible niche being a more versatile LB with his skinnier frame. IMO he must've had a tough time with the mental challenges at UA if he jets this early in his career. I know we have some good ones coming in, but ILB is one of the few positions that could be up for grabs next season. I'm confident that Evans is going to blow up at LB and be a legit draft prospect, and obviously Foster will be graduating. SDH will have the inside track, with Davis and Wilson as freshman. I'm assuming both will start their career at MLB, but who really knows? RTR

If he was hurt, I'm unaware.

As I see this, it goes back to a post I made when we were discussing A-day and who was seeing reps. At this point, with the talent on hand, it's a huge competition for reserves to getting reps during A-day. It wasn't my observation, but when it was pointed out I realized it was a solid observation.

That said, I've heard a half of a dozen or so people comment on what Pruitt is looking for and how Adonis may not fit into his vision for what he want's from his linebacking corps. At his built he's small for the SAM position. If you think back about it, Jerrell Harris was a little small for the position but by his senior year he was hovering around that 240 lb mark. After what, three years in the system? Four?

Some will look at a 20lb muscle gain, consider the time it's going to take to reach that goal, and see it as a mountain too steep to climb (for what they intend to put in...)
