You don't have issues, but CNS might. A public drunkenness charge indicates you were a threat to yourself or others. Cops will usually encourage you to go home or have friends take you home unless you start to get uppity about it.

Well I agree. I'm just saying it's not something like PED's, domestic violence, DUI, or some of those flagerant charges you see a lot of. Still not good headlines after an ass whooping, but the sun still rose this morning.

Kids will be kids BUT remember this, when you are an athlete at UA or any other university, you are under the microscope!! You don't get to be a normal college student at anytime and blow off some steam.

TPD has really tightened the reigns since my time down there. I can recall a night closing down Harry's as a customer. Someone pulled a football out of their car and we started throwi it around. Only had one problem, we were standing in the road throwing the ball when TPD rolled up. We were hammered and TPD only told us to get out of the road!! I doubt seriously that Ray was near as bad as we were.
