Anyone without Crimson colored glasses can see that AJ isn't ready to take this job. I remember one decent throw on a slant. The rest of his completions were dink/dunk check downs vs prevent (2nd & 3rd team) D. As mentioned, his longer throws were either late and/or not enough zip.
Dalton did throw a bad ball on one of his 2 picks but Aaron Rodgers would have looked horrible leading that Cincy offense behind that O line. He has won 40+ games in his 5 years in the league. Yes he has looked terrible in playoffs (along with rest of team), but AJ won't be winning the first game by a Bama QB since 1988 anytime soon (barring injury to Dolton).
