The man has some flaws as a coach, but he is undoubtedly the best coach we've ever had here. It is so relieving not having to sweat out Selection Sunday anymore.

Agree with you..... I think he is going to get things figured out as he learns and tweaks his system and strategy. He will have to find a better balance with physicality and the offense and up tempo game. I have confidence Oats will figure it out.

He puts together a team that is fun to watch. Defense is lacking, somewhat due to the style of offense. We don't seem to be able to attract a big strong player (or two) at the 5 position. Our style of play MAY turn off some big men.

PS. I often don't know what I'm talking about... but they are fun to watch.

Unfortunately......the snapshot in time for a new arena has passed...imo
The money going for hugh coaching salaries and for paying players....
And rising cost of construction....
