I thought Sharpe said Julio shows "as advertised" and mentioned him along with Green as among the best.

He did say that too but after the 40's he said only A.J. would go in the first round. Later on he said he might be wrong and Julio might go in the first round after all.

i dont see where Sterling would say that especially after that impressive 40 time. Julio will go first half of the 1st round and NOBODY has ever disputed that. Sharpe having a bad day or something?

his 11'+ broad jump and 38+ inch vertical were equally impressive. I thought for sure he was gonna jump over the 12' line a few times.

I seem to remember hearing he had a 42" on the vertical? Maybe they were referring to someone else. Either way, he beat AJ on the 40, vertical, and broad and I believe the bench as well.

Anybody see the 3-cone and/or shuttles?

BTW the NFL website sucks.

yeah, Julio did better than AJ in the 40, vert, and broad. I didn't catch the cone/shuttle either of them.

believe julio did 11'3" on broad and 38.5" broad. hopefully his 40 times will keep him outta Oakland

i guess the open field pancake block is not a desired manuver in the NFL

Julio did great in the 3 cone and the other drills. Sterling said Julio is everything as advertised and then some he then said that he thinks both Aj and Julio are going early and if Julio interviews well he could go ahead of AJ. He did also say that the two things that are going to hurt Julio from going earlier is at times his hands are suspect and he fought little injuries his entire time at UA and said all anybody would have to do is look at tape. Mike Mayock still has AJ ahead of Julio because he said his mind was made up by game tape not from what they do for a couple of days at the combine.
