no telling what the NCAA will find in UNC, it certainly doesn't look pretty.

John Blake statement:
“While I have enjoyed my tenure at the University of North Carolina, it has become apparent to me over the course of the past few weeks that my presence has become a distraction to my family and to this great University, too. Consequently, I have determined that it is in the best interests of my family, the University community at large, and the Football Program for me to step down from my position as associate head football coach effective today, September 5, 2010...

I read/heard somewhere that Butch Davis' nanny had been fingered for writing papers for some of the players. This is gonna get ugly.

Well, I made a comment a couple weeks ago that I doubted this thing would become an institutional problem for UNC. By that, I mean I thought it would be unlikely that this would extend into anything more than a couple players attending a party that was paid for by someone else.

Now, perhaps it's going to go a bit deeper. If coaches are involved in something like this, well, UNC should be concerned that the NCAA is going to set up shop. And they better hope that basketball program is clean too.
