🏈 Is it finally time to send the Barners to the east?

It's hard to believe that the east/west divisions are going to balance themselves out anytime soon and with the aggies threatening to be a program that will sustain itself yearly why not make an easy and painless adjustment? This subject came up a few days ago and as it always does has a very simple geographic fix. If the viles and barners are the traditional Alabama opponents that get lost in the shuffle, so be it. And maybe it's time we also give up the permanent cross-division rival for the sake of keeping the schedules as balanced in SOS as possible. Mizzou in the east makes the SEC divisions look like were trying too hard to have it our way.

Honestly, living this close to Auburn, I would prefer to never play them again. We could win 20 in a row and they would still pop out the "Got a second" crap. I am over them completely.

If it gets fixed, it will be in the Spring meetings. Then, it will be at least a year after that so they can adjust schedules.

I'm good with the barn moving east as long as we get to keep UT as our cross-division rival. I echo what rocknthefreeworld is saying.

Someone posted about this a couple of years ago. I said, in a very good tone, to change Auburn and Vandy over. I said Auburn is more in the East, and Vandy is more in the West. You would think I hit puppies with a stick or something. I really don't care how these people will do with the West/East thing. I can't stop them anyway.
