💬 Iron Cup Weekend

Bama hockey takes on the barn this weekend in Pelham. Friday @ 8:00 P.M., Saturday @ 7:00 P.M., and Sunday @ 2:00 P.M. Bama has never lost to the barn; in fact, every game except one has been an asswhipping. Since Bama has been playing D1 this year (with the barn still languishing in D3 and crappy recruiting to go with it), that should be the case again this weekend, and I can't wait for it. There might a weekend pass this year, but tix this year have been running $8/game.

You don't want to miss this. Even though Bama has been taking it on the chin a bit this year (first year in D1), they are growing stronger. I hate their captains are graduating this year, but the freshmen are strong.

Helluva weekend! Typical barner hockey. They suck. They flat out suck, so they resort to thuggery to even the score. Sad thing is that two of our players were ejected last night for fighting. Their instigators got it today. One sat for a 5:00 major in the first, and Bama lit their asses up. The other one was kicked out. Bama played three different goalies this weekend - because we have that depth. Today's goalie was a freshman who had never played a game for Bama. He was beaten on the first shot. Then and only then was the first time in this series that the barn had ever held a lead over Bama. Then we proceeded to light them up. We were up 15 - 1 in the 3rd.
