I think Clark ends up back at UAB, a better job than E Carolina or So Miss.
I think he'd be ok with that if some in the admin left... some bad blood there.

He set his successor up for success, and he fell short and gave the admins a chance to keep Clark from handpicking his successor. They should've stayed with him. Dilfer is just digging a hole; he should be gone by season's end. They might beat Rice or UConn, but he is eliminating any future for that team.I think he'd be ok with that if some in the admin left... some bad blood there.

It helps a lot when the opposition has their starting RB out and their starting QB at about 25%…Bama looked better, but I wouldn’t say “they turned things around”This thread aged well.
Certianly we should not take one data point as the new normal. Lets stack several games in a row and see what the trends are. LSU losing I will say probably did not help. It is going to be a tough out down there. Also will depend if Bama keeps cleaning up penalties and improves during the off week.It helps a lot when the opposition has their starting RB out and their starting QB at about 25%…Bama looked better, but I wouldn’t say “they turned things around”
Wow…that is completely uncalled for. That’s really sad. I pray his family is safe.Message board complaints and fans complaining are part of sports but I just heard that Coach Womack is receiving threats that had to get the cops involved. Being told to watch where you go and maybe keep your kids out of school because grown men are making threats as a result of a game is completely ridiculous and something that's unacceptable in my opinion. We expect players to act like they've been there before and yet crazy "fans" act like that....
I find a lot of irony here. Within the last two years we've told you guys about the atmosphere around Golding and his kids. We mentioned the move to Ole Miss wasn't all about what happened on the field; there were other circumstances going on.Message board complaints and fans complaining are part of sports but I just heard that Coach Womack is receiving threats that had to get the cops involved. Nah this cane from someone who knows himMight need to check the fake news on message boards. I would certainly not be surprised if it were true but I also would not be surprised if it was not and started by opposing fanbases trying to stir the pot.

Wasn't ok when it was Golding either. As a coach I would think you'd want to coach somewhere with high expectations, a rich history, and a tradition of winning much like alabama but as a husband/father ole miss or mississippi st may be more attractive.I find a lot of irony here. The grown men running their mouths on the weekends lead to their kids running their mouths on Monday mornings.
Austin, of all places, was at that time.Wasn't ok when it was Golding either. As a coach I would think you'd want to coach somewhere with high expectations, a rich history, and a tradition of winning much like alabama but as a husband/father ole miss or mississippi st may be more attractive.
Would think there would be similar "fans" there.Austin, of all places, was at that time.
Sark wanted him; he considered the move. What's left to be said there?Would think there would be similar "fans" there.
